The Challenge: Navigate inventory demand and factory relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic to protect the brand and maintain supply continuity.

The Solution: I overhauled the process of managing Camp Chef’s spare parts inventory and worked with factories to make sure we had an updated efficient process that ensured an appropriate amount of stock.
